The Automated Systems
Automated Benefit Systems: The Department of Navy offers two automated benefit systems, The Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) and The Benefits Line. Current civilian employees have access to general and personal benefits information, the ability to receive retirement estimates, and make changes electronically for health, life and Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). For more information about the automated systems, click on the "Resource Center" button above. Since the systems were implemented back in calendar year 2002, the utilization rate has steadily increased. As a result of customers' suggestions, changes have occurred in both systems. We appreciate
