If you are in a "Demo Project" pay plan, you may experience a problem when creating your password - when providing your pay plan, grade and step, you should enter your pay plan (such as "ND", "NT", etc). Your grade should not be a Roman Numeral (for example, "IV" should be entered as "04") and your step should be "00", however some employees' step could range from 14 to 26 (your step can be found on your LES).
