If you made a FEGLI Open Season Election, you will not see it displayed in EBIS at this time.  This has been reported as a problem and we are working to have this fixed as soon as possible.  If; you want to review your projected action and/or request a copy of your FE-2004 Acknowledgement Form, you may do so by calling The Benefits Line on 1-888- 320-2917 and follow the steps outlined below:

• Select Option 1
• Select 2 to access the Benefits & Entitlements system
• Press 1 for current Navy-serviced employee
• Press 1 to enter your SSN and PIN (If you have never created a PIN, you will be prompted
  to enter your 4-digit PIN, which is you MMYY of birth.  Example: April 1955 would be 0455.)
• Press 2 if you have forgotten your PIN
• Enter your SSN
• Enter your 6-digit PIN
• Press 2 to continue
• Enter your duty phone number or press 1 if the number voiced is correct
• Press 4 for FEGLI
• Press 6 for a fax back of your FE-2004 form
