The DON ADR Program strives to present high quality
courses that raise ADR awareness and skills.
Voluntary feedback from attendees is vital to improving
future presentations. It also gives you an idea of our
quality standards for courses you might want take.
To help you decide whether to use spent valuable time
to take one of our offerings, we plan to publish the
comments about our courses as soon as possible. We

Our Scoring: We score on a scale of 1 to 5, with five being the highest. We consider any average score above 4.5 to be outstanding.
