ADR Program Grants

DON ADR Program Grants

Do you work for a Navy activity and have a sizzlin’-hot ADR project or idea you want to get started? Maybe the DON ADR Program can help!

The DON ADR Program promotes ADR throughout the Navy, regardless of whether the issues in controversy involve the environment, procurement, workplace or other types of disputes. The fundamental goal is to use ADR “at the earliest stage feasible, by the fastest and least expensive method possible and at the lowest possible organizational level prior to litigation.” In the past, funding has been provided for specialized training, pilot programs, evaluation services, etc. If your idea can achieve the program goal, the DON ADR Program would like to hear it, and possibly FUND it!

Here’s what you have to do:

  1. Complete and submit the DON ADR Program Funding Request Form, with a full explanation of your idea, your cost estimates and the signature of an authorized official within your activity;
  2. The same authorized official must also sign and submit the ADR Agreement found on page two of the form; and,
  3. Be prepare for questions!

What could be easier?

Let’s make your idea a Navy idea!
