Camp Pendleton Marines, Sailors and family members have many different educatioal services available. Whether you're looking for information on the local elementary and high schools districts or you're getting ready to go back to college, follow the links below to begin your journey.

Have you decided to go back to college, but don't know where to start. Perhaps you just want to brush up on your reading or math skills. Or maybe you've completed your bachelor's degree and want to start graduate school, the Camp Pendleton Joint education center has the information you want. Whether you're pursuing a doctoral degree, or want information on the Department of Labor's Apprenticeship Program, the JEC has counselors available who can help with your academic career.

SMART transcripts -- the Salior/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript identifies military training and recommends a credit value for that training.

Apprenticeship Program -- Contact the Chirf of Naval Education and Training homepage for more information on the Navy's National Apprenticeship program. Enter "NAAP" in the search field.

You joined the service because of the "educational benefits." Now is the time to take advantage of those benefits. With tuition assistance, up to 75 percent of active duty military personnel's college tuition can be paid for. Contact the JEC for information on the annual and per class limits of available tuition assistance.

GI Bill -- Educational benefits can still continue, even after you leave active service. If you qualify for, and contributed to the Montgomery GI Bill, you may qualify for up to $650 per month in benefits.
