Mission

The directorate is a fluid, integrated, operating

Goals
Attaining the following strategic goals will ensure
that we accomplish our mission and will also support implementing the
Directorate's vision:
- Transition operations to the Directorate with
minimal disruption to service
- Provide quality staffing services to our
customers
- Provide quality classification services to
customers
- Provide quality benefits and entitlements
counseling for our customers
- Provide quality systems support for our
customers
- Provide quality OPF management to customers
- Manage the Directorate for optimal results
- Improve processes and reduce costs
