The purpose of the Position Description Access
for Request for Personnel Action (RPA) Generators (PD-RPA-GEN)
Web Application is to provide employees who currently have
permissions to generate RPAs at designated Air Force Bases the
capability to attach a position description or core document
from the PARIS (electronic) Position Description Library to the
Request for Personnel Action (RPA). You will access PD-RPA-GEN
through the AFPC Secure Web Application. You will use the same
User Id and Password that you currently use to access all our
secure AFPC Web Applications. Below are two documents which
will assist you. The first document, How to Access the PARIS
Position Description Library, provides instructions for
accessing the AFPC Secure Web Site Login and the Position
Description Library for the purpose of finding a specific
position description or core document and saving it to a file.
The second document, How to Attach a PD to the RPA, provides
instructions for attaching the saved position description to the
RPA. When you are ready to begin the login process, click the
“Enter the AFPC Secure Web Sites Login” link below. After you
complete the login process, a list of web applications will
appear. Click on the “PD Access for Mgrs” button.
Only RPA generators at designated bases can use this
application. If your base is not on the list of Authorized
Bases, contact your Civilian Personnel Flight.
