This problem is usually caused by older browsers and
settings.
Please note that even though this data displays in the
wrong character set, the data is properly stored in the database! Please follow
these steps to change your settings to properly view and print your EMDS Form. Thank you!
To fix this
problem take the following steps while the form is still displayed on the
screen:
1. While in Internet Explorer click on the View menu.
2. Highlight the Encoding option.
3. Highlight the More option.
4. Click on Cyrillic (Windows).
5. Your data will now be correctly displayed and will print correctly.
