(Apr. 29, 2004) - Family and friends of the crew assigned to USS Boxer (LHD 4) wait to welcome them home after the ship completed a three-and-a-half month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). This was Boxer's second deployment in less than a year. The Hotlines Division provides a method to receive and investigate reports of fraud, waste, mismanagement, military reprisal/Whistleblower complaints, and improper mental health evaluation referrals.  We also assist Navy members and their families by directing them to the appropriate complaint process.  ...more
