Vern Clark, and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Terry Scott (SS/AW) joined more than 100 Sailors, Marines and Department of the Navy civilian employees to commemorate the Navy’s upcoming 229th birthday during a cake-cutting ceremony in the Pentagon Oct. 4.
