Competency Review
CCM has started to look at specific tasks, tools, knowledge, skills and abilities required for each job. These competencies will be the foundation of nearly all of the resources employees receive to manage their careers. Find out more about what competencies are, how the review process works and why competencies matter.

Our Vision
The civilian workforce has a strong sense of community and plays an integral part in the Department's overall readiness. Within the next three years, CCM will:
Build a strong sense of community for all civilians across the DON.
Identify career paths for all DON civilian employees.
Ensure that opportunities are available to employees so that they may build the skills and experiences needed for career development.
