Welcome to the AFPC Protocol Office
The mission of our office is to
provide "world class" protocol support for all Air Force Promotion Boards
held in the Selection Board Secretariat, Management Level Reviews, Air Force
Squadron Commander Boards, Civilian Panel Meetings and Policy Councils, and
all meetings hosted by our commander or executive director. Unique to
this office is the exemplary lodging, transportation, and social event
support given to all board members and visitors. Our office is the
main focal point for planning and coordinating visits by distinguished
visitors (DVs), ceremonies, and conferences within the Air Force Personnel
Center hosted by our commander or executive director. Protocol support
for all DVs include coordinating, scheduling, and publishing itineraries.
We also provide timely and useful guidance to directorates in commemorating
and celebrating diverse, significant events which aides in helping them plan
dignified, professional ceremonies and social activities.

If you have been selected as a
board member or coming to visit AFPC, we ask that you please open the information sheet
below. It is suggested that you save this file to disk (desktop, hard
drive, floppy, etc), when prompted.
Saving it to disk will make it easier to fill out, attach, and send via email.
Saving it to disk will also provide for an office copy. This
information will aide us in securing your lodging.
