MISSION

To improve mission effectiveness by promoting an environment free from personal, social, or institutional barriers that prevent Air Force members from rising to the highest level of responsibility possible.

 AFPC MEO DUTIES
   
Provide operational guidance to MAJCOM Assistants for MEO and installations
High-Level Inquiries, Air Force Board of Correction for Military Records (AFBCMR), and Congressional Inquiries
Administer the AF MEO data collection program
Maintains the AF Sexual Harassment/Unlawful Discrimination Hotline
Develops, trains, reviews, and updates all MEO educational objectives, materials, and programs
Oversees the development, implementation, and management of EONet
