1. Sixth-month EAD requirement does not apply to MC/DC for
Major boards.
2. Officers on active duty under the Voluntary Recall
Program or any other Reserve Transfer program
must be on active duty 1 year before they are
eligible to meet a board (Major thru Colonel boards)
3. Captain boards will now be a
quarterly process based on commander recommendations/management level approval
and not by a central selection board.
