HQ AFPC Hotline

For several years now AFPC has provided a Hotline DSN 665-2397. The number is to provide Air Force members an avenue to resolve personnel problems after they have exhausted all avenues at local Military Personnel Flights (MPF) and the Air Force Personnel Contact Center (available by calling 1-866-229-7074 toll free or e-mailing contact.center@randolph.af.mil).

This DSN capability is within the reach of most but not all Air Force members. There are those serving around the globe whose work day is completely opposite from those they are seeking to reach in Texas or they lack the ability to get a DSN line from their overseas location.

With improved customer service in mind and understanding the frustrations faced by those serving where DSN lines are not available, this E-mail address has been developed to serve as another source to seek resolution of personnel problems after all local avenues have been exhausted through the MPF.

So, if you are in a "911" situation with a personnel problem and need the Commander of the Air Force Personnel Center to look into your case please, use either this Email address or call DSN 665-2397.
