The Career Status Bonus Program offers military members with a DIEUS date of 1 August 1986 or later the opportunity to receive a $30,000 bonus in conjunction with the REDUX Retirement Plan (40% at 20 years) or elect the High-Three Retirement Plan (50% at 20 years).
