Naval Telecommunications Procedures (NTPs)
Navy Telecommunications Procedures (NTPs) are posted at the Navy Knowledge Online website at http://nko.navy.mil. From the NKO home page, select the Library tab. Within the navigation panel, select Community, then NNSOC, then N6N1. You will then need to subscribe to the community in order to access the NTP sub-directory. If you are unable to download posted files or need other assistance, contact NNSOC at DSN 234-0315 or (540) 284-0315.

Naval Space Correspondence Course
The Naval Space Correspondence Course (NAVEDTRA 14168A) is now available on line at the Navy Advancement Center web page https://www.advancement.cnet.net.mil. The course is designed to acquaint officer and enlisted personnel with the history of the Navy in space and current civil and military space organizations, as well as provide a basic understanding of the space environment, orbital mechanics, launch and recovery systems, space systems architecture, the tactical use of space, and foreign space programs.

Naval Network and Space Operations Command Training Library
NNSOC produces a variety of documents, handbooks and guides that provide background information and operating instructions on space systems, tailored to the needs and operational requirements of Fleet and Fleet Marine Force personnel. Go to the Naval Space Training Library Index to view a list and description of available documents. U.S. military personnel may request copies of documents from the library by contacting NNSOC's Operations Division at (540) 653-6160, DSN 249-6160.
