Douglas Gatchell is the Program Director for the International Research Network Connections program which oversees projects providing international network connections to serve science research and science education.
Prior to joining the SCI Division he was the IT Manager in charge of high performance networking and related applications at NSF. Mr. Gatchell has been a program manager at NSF and a network engineer at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Mr. Gatchell is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and a registered Professional Control Systems Engineer.
