What is the Compassion Capital Fund?
The Compassion Capital Fund helps faith-based and community
organizations increase their effectiveness and enhance their
ability to provide social services to serve those most in
need. The Compassion Capital Fund administers two grant programs:
the Demonstration Program and the Targeted Capacity Building
Program.
Capacity-building resources
and information for current grantees, self-regulating
intermediary organizations, and faith-based and community
organizations.
Faith-based
and community organizations (often referred to as FBO/CBOs)
are a vitally important resource in our communities. They
demonstrate care and compassion to those most in need by providing
a rich diversity of programs, small and large. Faith-based
and community organizations have unique strengths that government
cannot duplicate. More »
