From the airport, follow signs to the George Washington Memorial Parkway towards Washington. Follow the Parkway to I-395 North. From I-395 North, take the 14th Street Exit. (This is a left-lane exit just on the Washington side of the river. Be sure to be in the left lane when you are crossing the bridge.) This will place you on 14th Street driving in the proper direction. Follow 14th Street to Thomas Circle. Drive 3/4 of the way around the circle to M Street. Turn right on M Street and drive 50 feet. From Dulles International Airport:
From the airport, follow the Dulles Access Road to the Capital Beltway (I-495). Take I-495 South to I-66. Take I-66 East towards Washington. Cross the Potomac River on the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge. This places you at the foot of Constitution Avenue. Follow Constitution Avenue to 15th Street. Turn left onto 15th Street and follow it to K Street. Cross K Street; 15th Street becomes Vermont Avenue and bears to the right. Follow Vermont Avenue for 2 blocks to Thomas Circle. Drive 3/4 of the way around the circle to M Street. The Washington Plaza (overnight facility for October 27, 2004) is across Thomas Circle from the Wyndham Washington. Exit the Wyndham Washington lobby onto M Street. Turn right on M Street. Walk a few feet to Thomas Circle, cross M Street and follow Thomas Circle to Vermont Avenue. Cross Vermont Avenue and turn left. The Washington Plaza is a few feet up Vermont Avenue on the right.
