Col. Craig S. Huddleston, chief of staff, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, hands a pen to a local student of one of two primary schools recently renovated in Tadjoura, Djibouti. Maj. Francois Ratinaud, Djibouti country desk officer, also helps hand out notepads the students will use when they return to school later this month. The near $100,000 project, which was provided by CJTF-HOA, will help improve the educational environment for approximately 850 students in the area. - Photograph By: Capt. Phillip Ulmer Col. Craig S. The noncommissioned officer's course aboard Camp Lemonier marches back off the flightline Tuesday. This is the first class that has incorporated Djiboutian soldiers into the training. The Djiboutian soldiers will learn a variety of skills along side U.S. troops. Classes include, Marine Corps drill and martial arts training. - Photograph By: Cpl. Jeff M.
