Federal Item Name Directory
 

This product is published monthly on CD-ROM.  Sections A, B1, and B2, are cross linked.  Section C is linked to Section A.

Section A - is an alphabetic index of names referenced to Federal Item Identification Guide (FIIG), Item Name Code (INC) and Federal Supply Group/Class (FSG/FSC). This section includes a brief description or definition of the item. It is updated monthly with name change data.

Section B1 - is a numeric index of Item Name Codes referenced to Federal Item Identification Names and associated FIIG (890 pages). It is published annually with Section A.

Section B2 - is an alpha-numeric index of Federal Item Identification Guides referenced to Item Name Codes (94 pages) It is published annually with Section A.

H6 Change Notice - is a cumulative listing of all changes to the last H6A Basic; published monthly.

Section C – an alphabetic index of item names developed specifically to help the user gain quick access to Section A definitions.
