How do I request a new user account?
If you do not already have a user account, you can either create one from the main page or contact your supervisor to create one on your behalf.

To request a new user account, click on the "Register a New User" link on the main page or Register a New User Now . Complete the form and click on the "Submit" button when you are complete. Your account request will be forwarded to a supervisor for approval. Upon approval, you will receive an e-mail notification and can begin accessing Navy Security Net.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the main page or Request Your Forgotten Password Now. From this page, you can enter your e-mail address. After you click on the "Submit" button, your password will be e-mailed to your e-mail account.

Who can I contact if I have further questions?
If you have further questions related to Navy Security Net, first contact your supervisor. Further questions can be submitted by clicking on the "Contact Navy Security Net Admin" link on the main page or Contact Navy Security Net Admin Now.
