The “National Science Bowl©” is a national academic competition among teams of high school students who attend science and technology seminars and compete in a verbal forum to solve technical problems and answer questions in all branches of science and math.
High school students answer questions on scientific topics in astronomy, biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics, earth, and general science. Since its inception, more than 80,000 high school students have participated in regional tournaments leading up to the national finals.
The Middle School Science Bowl will attract students at the most critical stage of their academic development. The emphasis at this grade level will be on discovery and hands-on activities such as designing, building and racing model solar cars.
