Volunteers 18-65 who have a clinical diagnosis of erectile dysfunction of at least six months, have had successful response to another approved treatment for a minimum of two months, and are in a stable relationship may be eligible. A research study examining an investigational medication for overactive bladder. Volunteers 18 and older who had had symptoms including urge incontinence, frequency, and urgency for at least six months may be eligible. Research site located in Las Vegas, NV.
