AARTS DATA BASE UPDATES

Normally, biographical, MOS, course, and formal test data are updated two months from change or completion. If the information you're looking for occurred more than two months ago, it may have been inadvertently omitted from our routine updates and you should consult our corrections page.

 The updates to the course and MOS descriptions and credit recommendations provided by ACE are currently done on a daily basis. Please understand, however, that an update from ACE does not necessarily mean that the information you're looking for has been updated. You can check for updates to your AARTS record by reviewing your web transcript.

BIOGRAPHICAL/MOS DATA
Human Resources Command (HRC), National Guard Bureau (NGB), and the US Army Reserve Command (USAR) provide AARTS with monthly updates for soldiers currently enlisted with the Regular Army, ARNG, USAR, and AGR. Information includes: name, SSN, rank, MOS, and ASI/SQI.

COURSE DATA
Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) provides AARTS with monthly updates of formal military education.

TEST DATA
All test data (except SAT) is received on a weekly basis. Educational Testing Service (ETS) provides AARTS with updates for standardized ETS SAT and CLEP/DSST test scores; American College Testing (ACT) provides us updates for ACT Assessment test scores; and Excelsior College* supplies data containing Excelsior College Examination Program (ECEP) test scores (formerly known as ACT PEP).  *Regents College changed their name as of 1 January 2001.

COURSE & MOS DESCRIPTIONS & CREDIT RECOMMENDATIONS (ACE DATA)
The American Council on Education (ACE) provides AARTS with descriptions and credit recommendations for courses and MOSs on a daily basis.
