SsahaNuc
Ssaha is a software tool for very fast matching and alignment of
DNA sequences. It achieves its fast search speed by keeping the
database in memory and using a fast indexing method to locate your
query. Ssaha is most suitable for applications requiring exact or
near exact matches between two sequences.
SsahaNuc is designed to compare a nucleotide sequence against Ssaha
nucleotide sequence database.
