SeqWeb provides a simplified web interface to a core set of Wisconsin Package programs on UNIX. Within those programs, a core set of parameters are available.

emboss -- The European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite emboss -- Sequence analysis software for molecular biology

GCG
The GCG Wisconsin Package is an integrated bioinformatic analysis package. It provides a comprehensive collection of nucleotide and protein sequence analysis tools. Functions span a wide range, from assembly, editing, searching, pattern matching, folding, and structure prediction. It is highly customizable allowing easy specialized database integration. On-Line documentation is extensive and very good. Few if any other analysis suites provide the flexibility and automation capabilities of the Wisconsin Package.
