NAVSTA GTMO serves as the cornerstone of U.S. military operations in the Caribbean Theater providing logistics support to both U.S. Navy and Coast Guard vessels and aircraft and to the assigned Joint Task Force Guantanamo. From our strategic location, we carry out this important mission as we demonstrate a strong U.S. presence within the country of Cuba.
