The Air Force Cost Analysis Agency (AFCAA) is a Field Operating Agency (FOA). The AFCAA's primary mission is to perform Component Cost Analyses (CCAs) in support of major Air Force programs, or those deemed as being of "special interest." We support the Air Force by providing our customers with thorough, effective independent cost analyses through component cost analysis and special studies.
