You must have JavaScript enabled to see the CHRA website. To enable JavaScript,
consult your web browsers help documentation or try the following:
To enable cookies in Internet Explore:

Click on Internet Options (access this by right-clicking on the icon on your desktop
and selecting properties)

Click on the Security Tab

Click on Custom Level
-
Scroll down until you find "Cookies"

Click Enable or Prompt on:

Allow per-session cookies (not stored)
To enable cookies in Netscape:

In Netscape, select Edit from the Menu.

Choose Preferences.

Click on Advanced.

Choose one of the settings that enables cookies.
To enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:

Click on Internet Options (access this by right-clicking on the icon on your desktop
and selecting properties)

Select Security
-
Select Custom Level
-
Scroll down until you see "Scripting". Check the boxes enabling Scripting Active and
also for Scripting of Java Applets.
To enable JavaScript in Netscape:

Choose Preferences.

Click on Advanced.

Select the box that says "enable JavaScript"
You also might have an old page cached on your machine that could be giving you an error.
Try emptying your web browser cache. To clear your cache in Navigator 4.x, go to the Edit
menu and select Preferences..., then go to the Advanced category, select Cache, and click
both the Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache buttons. To clear your cache in Internet
Explorer, go to the View menu and select Internet Options.... Then click on the General
tab. Go to the Temporary Internet files section and click the Delete Files button.
