Date: The one day training seminar will be offered on October 19,20 & 21, 2004.

Hill Air Force Base, Ogden, UT. The Seminar will be held in the Hill Club Bldg. 450 (the former NCO Club), Parking is adjacent to the building.

Directions from Salt Lake City International Airport :

From SLC Airport , Go Northwest on Terminal towards long Term Parking A. 1.1 Miles

Merge onto I-80 East towards Ogden/Provo. 1.5 Miles

Merge onto I-215 North via exit number 117 toward Ogden . 6.7 Miles

Merge onto I-15 North. 18.3 Miles

Take the UT-232 East exit – Exit 334 towards Hill Air Force Base. 0.3 Miles

Turn Slight Right onto North Hill Field Rd./UT – 232 2.0 Miles

Enter South Gate : Obtain pass from Guard.

Make Immediate left turn onto 11 th. St.

Make Right turn onto E Ave.

Make Left turn at 9 th St. at Club Hill sign, drive past pool to club parking.

The Building number is 450. If you have any trouble getting through the guard gate call (801) 777-3841 or (801) 777-2809. You must tell them that you are there for the CPARS Conference.

Parking: Parking is available on base free of charge, adjacent to Bldg. 450.

Security information:

Military and Civil Service personnel will need to show their Base ID/CAC Card and rental car agreement to gain access to base.

Contractors will be required to stop by the pass office on the morning of their attendance in order to secure a day pass, please plan accordingly as the seminar will start on schedule.

Seminar Cost: The CPARS training seminar is open to all attendees free of charge. Attendees will be responsible for covering the cost of their own travel.

Lunch & Refreshments: Please note that only those food items and beverages purchased at the training facility may be brought into the facility. Lunch will be available for purchase at the training facility and at local restaurants; a list of restaurants will be provided.
