Export Control
Argonne 's export control
Web site provides information and assistance in determining which,
if any, restrictions apply to the export of sensitive technologies.
While a significant portion of the laboratory's mission involves fundamental
research and the communication of announced and developed technologies,
Argonne also has an obligation to assure that particular sensitive
technologies, equipment and information subject to export control regulations
are exported in compliance with these regulations. In some instances,
this means that exports cannot be made to certain foreign nationals
or countries.
