These guidelines are a work in progress and are the result of a Fall 1999 workshop sponsored by the Office for the Advancement of Telehealth (OAT), Health Resources and Services Administration, and the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, Department of Defense.

The guidelines are intended to ensure the compatibility, interoperability, scalability and reliability of telehealth equipment and systems that will be used by the HRSA community of Federal programs.

This is a "living" document and clinical service guidelines are added/updated periodically. We encourage you to contact us with relevant guidelines for other applications using a format similar to those presented here.
