NIST Library Receives 2003 Federal Library of the Year Award
On March 25 the NIST Research Library received the 2003 Federal Library of the Year award from the Federal Library and Information Center Committee (FLICC) of the Library of Congress. The award recognizes "outstanding, innovative and sustained achievements during fiscal year 2003 in fulfilling its organization's mission, fostering innovation in its services and meeting the needs of its users." NIST Information Services Division's Sissy Riley also received the recognition as the 2003 Federal Library Technician of the Year.
