Notice to Civilian Acquisition Workforce Members (Updated 9/29/2003)

The automatic loading of DAU training completions into the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) has been restored. This means that your DAU training completions will be automatically loaded into your record in (DCPDS). With the restoration of this capability, the DON Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) requests that you not submit your DAU training completion documentation to your Human Resource Service Center (HRSC) for manual entry into DCPDS.

Also, in the next few months, the program that loads current DAU completions into DCPDS will be used to load historical DAU completions which were "dropped" during recent DCPDS conversions or which may never have been entered into DCPDS. In anticipation of this "mass load," OCHR also requests that you not submit paperwork on historical training completions to your HRSCs for manual entry into DCPDS.
