The technology or methodology should address an environmental problem under one of the Navy’s four environmental pillars:

The technology or methodology should not require further research or development, be in the advanced development stage, be ready for field demonstration, and have the potential for full-scale implementation.

Is the Navy looking for solutions to any specific problems?

What are the cutoff dates for submission of abstracts?

The BAA is published in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) and has rolling cutoff dates for submittal of abstracts every six months, June and December.

What goes in the abstract?  The abstract must address the evaluation criteria provided in the BAA published in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD). Click here to view the full CBD announcement.
