Ozone Depleting Substances Inventory Tracking and Management System (ODS-ITMS Ver 3.1& Ver 3.2)  

The only difference between ver 3.1 and ver 3.2 is that ver 3.2  requires Access 2000. There is no functional difference  between them.

Recommended System Requirement:

• Microsoft Access 97 Or  Access 2000 

• Laser printer that is compatible with your Windows operating system.

Note: Data entered using the earlier version of this software can be appended to your database using the convert program provided with installation programs with the option marked "update".  Be sure to backup your data before doing any software installations and read the appropiate "readme.txt" files.

The following files are required:   (Note: The file is in the "zip" format, so you need to download the unzip utility if you don't have it.)

Below are options for manually installing programs.  User must put in correct folder and make appropriate shortcuts.

                                    Access 2000 Options

Option 1.   Select this one if you do NOT have ODS data on your computer.

• odsfile2000.zip (354KB).

Option 2.  Select this one if you HAVE ODS data on your computer (“update”) select the appropiate version.

• ods2000updv22.zip (403KB), Version 2.2 or lower (Note: If you have entered data using ODS-ITMS you must download this file.  
• ods2000updv30.zip (391KB), Version 3.0 or lower (Note: If you have entered data using ODS-ITMS you must download this file.  
• ods2000updv31.zip (317KB)(Note: If you have entered data using ODS-ITMS you must download this file.

                                     Access 97 Options

Option 1.  Select this option if you DON’T have ODS data files on your computer.

• ods97.zip (413KB).

Option 2.  Select this option if you do have ODS data files on your computer (“update”).
