Technical Information Network) Web site provides DTIC registered
users with a more complete version of DTIC's Technical Reports Collection
than the Public STINET site. Among the features available to the defense
community, including government employees and contractors, are citations
to limited documents and an extensive full-text report collection. Private
STINET also provides free access to two online database services that
index thousands of international journals and conference proceedings.
With free registration, Private STINET is a smart choice for technical
research.

limited abstracts, in DTIC's Technical Reports Collection (depending

Reports Collection
- Access to DTIC's Research Summaries (RS) Collection of approximately
290,000 active and inactive summaries from 1965 to present
- Systran Language Translator
- Free access to two international electronic tables of contents:
Canada Institute for Scientific and Technical Information's "CISTI
Source" database and the British Library's "inside web"
database
- ProQuest's Research Library Complete
