Directorate of User Services (DTIC-B)
Mission: The mission of this Directorate is to provide prompt, courteous and convenient service to DTIC® users. This is achieved by answering customer questions, resolving customer needs and responding to suggestions, concerns and complaints. The Directorate conducts training programs, promotes DTIC's products and services, and hosts DTIC's Web-based services including STINET, the Scientific and Technical Information Network. It also handles registration services, conducts briefings and tours, and assists customers in placing document orders. For further information, contact the Customer
