Mission: The mission of the Directorate of Resource Management is to formulate DTIC®-wide operating, strategic and management plans, and to administer DTIC's budget and financial programs. It also monitors the cost effectiveness of the transfer of scientific and technical information within the Defense community and other government agencies.
