Public
STINET is free of charge, and does not require users to register
with DTIC in order to search citations to unclassified unlimited distribution
documents. It also provides free online full-text versions of all unclassified
unlimited documents recently added to DTIC's Technical Reports Collection.
Only DTIC's registered users, however, may
place orders for hard copy documents.
Registration
To subscribe to Private STINET you must be a DTIC registered user.
In addition, you must have one of the following
browsers: Netscape Web browser (U.S. Edition, Version 2.0 or higher)
or Microsoft Web browser (128-bit edition, Version 4.0 or higher).
