The Navy Acquisition, Research and Development Information
Center (NARDIC) is the designated point within the Navy where
research and development planning and requirements information
is available for review by qualified representatives of industry.
In March 2004, NARDIC was relocated from ONR Hq in Arlington
VA to ONR's Philadelphia Detachment located on the Naval
Support Activity Philadelphia (NSA-P) Base in Northeast
Philadelphia PA. Access to the Base and to NARDIC requires
a pre-scheduled appointment. If you wish to visit NARDIC,
