Welcome to the Configuration Management (CM) Segment/Document processing system. Upon successful login, you can register/update segments, documentation, UID/GID and TCP/UDP ports, schedule deliveries, obtain CM numbers, request software, and process GSPRs. PLEASE READ

Approximately mid October 2004, this site will implement increased security measures that will affect all users. At that time, most functions that are currently outside the login will be moved inside, and users requiring read-only access will be required to log in to perform searches and access most documentation. Users who require write access to the site will be required to have a valid DISA Form 41 (or DD Form 2875 if submitted after 30 Apr 04) on file. To insure your access is properly established by that date, please follow the below instructions based on your specific requirements:

    Users who require read-only access to the site (for data searches and released documentation) must register and obtain a user ID. Select "New User Profile" at the right of this screen and complete the registration form. Insure that the email address is valid and accurate, as that is the method used to provide your UID and password.
    Users who already have a UID and require write access to the database (to register software, ports, and IDs, schedule deliveries, request shipment of media, or submit GSPRs) will be required to submit a DISA Form 41 or DD Form 2875 to retain continued access. If you have not already submitted a form, select "Documentation" then "DD Form 2875" from the menu at the left of this screen to download the customized form. Follow directions found under "Help Files" and "Form 2875" for completing and submitting the form. Users without a Form 41 or Form 2875 on file by implementation date will be allowed read-only access until a signed form is received.
Users with a UID can determine if they have a form on file with us by looking at the second line on the user validation page that is displayed immediately after login (a "Y" or "N" value). Users who do not have a UID have no form on file for web access.
