This section of DeployMed provides a listing of documents that reflect the U.S. government’s efforts to record, investigate, research, explain, and prevent the occurrence of illness among deployed veterans. The documents are grouped according to the originating organization. The organizations are listed in alphabetical order. Some of the documents reflect methodical reviews of the published scientific literature on subjects of potential importance to understanding the ailments of deployed veterans. Other documents report on the findings of committees and boards that have examined many different aspects of the deployments and their possible health implications. Some of the reports describe the findings of a single agency’s inquiries into a specific topic.

In all cases, the reports represent work done by, or sponsored by, the U.S. government. The names of the reporting organizations are shown on the left side of this page.
