System (DROLS)
DROLS is a classified interactive online
system that provides direct access to DTIC's databases. Find the latest
information on DTIC's Web-based services related to DROLS.
With DROLS, you can:
• Search, retrieve, display, and
order products from:
• The Technical Reports (TR) Bibliographic Database
• The Research Summaries (RS) Database
• The Independent Research and Development Database
(if approved)
• Explore a wide spectrum of information by searching selected
bibliographic fields.
• Access information classified modes using a STU III dial-up or
a KG encrypted dedicated system..
Cost
• Dial-Up Access: $125 annual subscription
fee and $40 per connect hour charge.
• Dedicated Access: $125 annual subscription fee; no connect hour
charge.
The
cost of a dedicated line varies with your location and communications
provider.
Training
• Training
is available at no cost at DTIC® Headquarters and each DTIC
Regional Office, and can be arranged at local user sites.
Demos
• Demos are available at each of
our Regional Offices.
Registration Information
You must be registered with DTIC to receive
its products and services. U.S. Government agencies, their contractors,
potential contractors, and grantees are eligible.
