to export-controlled information may subscribe to the Technical Report (TR) Database on DVD .
The TR Database on DVD will be a valuable
tool for your organization. It links you to DoD Scientific and Technical
Information so you can support your organization's management and research,
development, engineering and studies programs. You will search, retrieve
and display information contained in the Technical
Reports Collection.
Unique Capabilities:
• Keyword searching of title, abstract,
and subject fields
• Bookmark citations of interest
• Ability to customize "on the fly" your own display
format
• Ability to scroll through all indexes and selected items for
further viewing or inclusion into the search query

Networking is permitted:
• Networking the TR Database on DVD
is permitted. Only individuals who are eligible to receive export-controlled
information may have access. A one-time fee of $100 for each additional
software license is required for each simultaneous user.

• Microsoft Windows (95, 98, 2000,
ME, or NT 4.0 or greater)
• IBM compatible, personal computer - 486 or higher
• 16 MB RAM minimum (32 MB RAM recommended)
• 10 MB of hard disk storage
• DVD reader with ISO-9660
support
• VGA monitor or better
• Windows Compatible Printer (optional)
Cost
• For $375, your annual subscription
includes: retrieval software and one complete updated issue (six discs)
of the TR Database DVD each quarter. A one-time fee of $100 for
each additional software license is required for each simultaneous user.
