Information Quality Guidelines: Seeking Correction
to NRC Information
NRC is committed to ensuring the quality
of all information that it relies on for its regulatory decisions or disseminates,
consistent with the Office of Management and Budget guidelines and NRC guidelines
as required by Section 515 (a) of Public Law 106-554.
The public is free to seek correction to NRC information under these
guidelines effective October 1, 2002.
