Information Collected and Stored Automatically
When you browse the ARC Web site, certain information about your visit is gathered automatically. This information does not identify you personally. If you do nothing but browse through the site, read pages, or download information, ARC automatically compiles and stores only the following types of data about your visit:

Information Collected Via Forms
Forms may be provided on the ARC Web site to allow users to register online for conferences and events. These forms are always voluntary and are submitted to the ARC server by the user. The information collected is stored in registration databases used to generate conference mailings.

If you send email to ARC staff through the ARC Web site, the personal information you provide is used only to respond to your message. ARC does not disclose personal information outside of the agency without explicit permission.

Cookies
A cookie is information that a Web site puts on your hard disk so that it can remember something about you.
